The team behind the AI Agent blockchain project DIN announced on the community platform X on Friday that they have been unable to contact their founder, Harold, for several hours and are currently seeking assistance from venture capital firms and the media to locate him.
Yesterday, Harold posted on X that he had lost a multi-signature wallet and computer in Myanmar, which contained the main fixed tokens of DIN and all company assets. DIN was originally scheduled to launch its tokens on February 14 and list on several exchanges, but news of its founder’s disappearance has emerged. However, the DIN team stated that while they are concerned for his safety, “the issuance of $DIN will proceed as planned, having received 2/3 approval for the multi-signature, and $DIN will be launched as scheduled.”
This news has sparked heated discussions within the community, with some expressing concern for Harold’s safety, while others question whether this is merely a marketing tactic for DIN. As of the publication of this article, the DIN team has not provided any updates on the progress of the situation.
