February 26, 2025 — Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and user count, and a leader in the blockchain ecosystem, recently co-hosted the first offline multinational cross-border law enforcement training conference with its joint venture company in Thailand, Gulf Binance. The event brought together law enforcement personnel from various countries in the Asia-Pacific region to exchange knowledge and enhance professional skills, harnessing the power of blockchain technology to combat and dismantle illegal activities.

The event attracted over 120 speakers and participants from various public and private sectors, including the Thai Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the World Economic Forum’s Cybercrime Atlas project, as well as law enforcement officials from Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Singapore, and Australia. Among them, officials from the Taiwan District Prosecutors Office and the Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau shared case studies and investigative techniques at the conference, showcasing their capabilities and experience in investigating virtual asset cases.
