Whale Sells ETH and Then Reenters the Market
According to information shared by on-chain data analyst Yu Zhen, a certain ETH whale sold 10,256 ETH at an average price of $3,835 on-chain about a week ago (around August 7), totaling 39.336 million USDT.
However, as Ethereum continues to rise, approaching its historical high, this whale could no longer resist and began to buy back Ethereum. On-chain data shows that since early this morning, the whale has been purchasing Ethereum. So far, a total of 14,930 ETH has been accumulated, with a total value exceeding $70 million, and the average purchase price is above $4,700.
Currently, the whale has deposited all Ethereum into the lending platform Aave but has not yet engaged in “borrowing stablecoins to buy Ethereum” leveraged operations.
