Bo Hines was once a college football star, a Republican congressional candidate, and earned a law degree from Yale University. In December 2024, he was appointed by Trump to enter the White House, assisting in the promotion of U.S. cryptocurrency policy. During his tenure on the Digital Assets Council, he participated in the legislative efforts to formulate and promote the GENIUS Act (the first federal-level regulatory framework for stablecoins in the United States) and also organized a summit that brought together industry leaders and high-level government officials. At the beginning of August this year, Hines concluded his 7-month term at the White House.
