Rising Star Renzo Utilizes Seed Round Financing with ETH Collateral for Dual Mining Participation

Renzo, in the latest seed round financing led by Maven11 Capital, raised $3.2 million at a valuation of $25 million. Other investors include Figment Capital, SevenX Ventures, IOSG Ventures, among others. According to Renzo’s co-founder Lucas Kozinski, this financing is a hybrid form of equity and token rights, with a 1:1 ratio, meaning that investors will receive an equivalent amount of company equity and future token rights for their investment.
