Crypto KOL Mac (@MacnBTC) accused the Launchpad project Ape Terminal of deceiving all IDO projects launched on the platform, claiming that all winning wallets on Launchpad belonged to the Ape Terminal team, and they also charged a 25% fee.
Mac stated that it had previously introduced the Ape Terminal platform to the Bitcoin Layer 2 project SatoshiVM, but found Ape Terminal to be untrustworthy, believing that the platform would not conduct fair sales. Mac also accused Ape Terminal of earning millions through the sale of winning wallets, even though they refunded all SAVM tokens to the SatoshiVM team.
In response, Ape Terminal dismissed Mac’s claims as rumors, and claimed that SatoshiVM was a project founded by Mac, enabling a KOL to exploit their own community and make millions in profits.
Ape Terminal clarified that they did not earn any fees from the sale of SAVM tokens, and instead refunded all fees to Mac. The platform also accused Mac of holding a large amount of unlocked SAVM, “targeting liquidity and distributing tokens to his friends.” Ape Terminal also provided relevant data on Mac’s liquidation on SAVM.
Following the spread of related FUD, SAVM tokens dropped nearly 40% within two hours. As of the time of this article’s publication, the price of SAVM was around $7.2.
