According to a previous report from Zombit, the digital asset management company Grayscale recently met with the SEC to discuss the company’s application for a Bitcoin ETF. More importantly, the company quickly updated its prospectus for a Bitcoin spot ETF today. This seems to indicate that progress is being made in the substantive discussions between Grayscale and the SEC.
