Release Tool Past Inscription Trading
Impact Limited
Despite attracting a large user base, opposition to inscriptions has never completely disappeared in the Bitcoin community. Rijndael, a contributor to the Ordinals protocol and also the Chief Technology Officer of the Bitcoin ecosystem NFT project Taproot Wizards, stated on the X platform that he has come up with a method to enable Bitcoin nodes to reject blocks containing inscriptions, and urged opponents to integrate the code instead of just shouting slogans.
Rijndael said:

James Check, Chief Analyst at Glassnode, believes that even with strong criticism of inscriptions in the community, this software is unlikely to be widely accepted, and describes the situation as a stalemate similar to a “Mexican standoff” on the Bitcoin network. James Check said:
Additionally, Rijndael himself admitted that he created this script in about 15 minutes and hinted that the script could easily be circumvented by changing Ordinals’ fingerprint.
