Renowned tech leaker Revegnus posted on the X platform that Apple is currently using a large language model (LLM) to completely transform its smart assistant Siri, making it Apple’s most powerful killer AI application.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) related applications into smartphones seems to be an unstoppable trend. In a press release issued today, the South Korean Samsung Group announced that its smartphones will soon enter the “Galaxy AI New Era,” detailing a new feature that will provide real-time translation for online calls using artificial intelligence.
Samsung wrote in the press release:
The company stated that Galaxy AI will be launched “early next year,” so the functionality of Galaxy AI is likely to be included in Samsung’s Galaxy S24 smartphone series to be launched next year. In addition, the company also showcased a generative AI model named Gauss at an event this week, which will also be a major selling point for the Galaxy S24.
